What it's like

International Drive, or I-Drive, runs for miles south from Universal past ICON Park's observation wheel, outlet malls and Pointe Orlando to SeaWorld and the Orange County Convention Center. It has the widest choice of hotels and restaurants in Orlando, and the I-Ride Trolley runs along it.

It's a central, good-value base for mixing Disney, Universal and SeaWorld, and for conventions. It's busy, car-oriented and full of chains, and you'll need a car, shuttle or rideshare for the parks.
